FAQ

There are several ways to submit your Logo or Artwork:

1.  On each product page, there3 is a button you click on and it will open a window that you can upload your files.

2.  In your cart, there is a button that says "Edit options".  Click on there and Upload your files.

3.  Simply hit "Contact us" and you can attach your files via email with any comments, questions, or ideas you have for your custom engraving.

All these ways ultimately come direct to us and we will contact you for any additional instructions. 

At that point, we will contact you for further instructions, then begin creating proofs to show your artwork or logo on each of the products you have purchased for your approval.  Production will not begin unless your happy with all final size and placement.    An email will go out for sign-off for us to begin.

Yes, just send the files for each product and we will create the proofs of each product for your approval weather all the same or each is different.  No additional charges.

Yes, we will get with your company contact/marketing and get an idea of what you're looking for.  Then we will create several options for your review and approval.  It's possible there might be a nominal fee depending on the size of the order, but in most cases, we will pick that up for you.

Yes, we offer free delivery in the DFW metroplex!

We can accommodate most any large order.  Just contact us and we will provide you with special pricing on any order above what our standard quantities show.

Yes, we have full CNC and Laser capabilities that we can handle most anything made of wood, acrylic, or non-ferrous metals like Copper or Aluminum for CNC or any material with the Lasers.  Simply contact us with your idea and we can create a custom quote.
